these few days have been so humid!
like the minute you wake up, you're already so sweaty and sticky. puts you in a bad mood for the whole day.
today went home with juan and ying. we all were melting like popsicles at the mrt station!

and now its raining! i love the rain. its not too heavy and stuff.
its just cooling. and peaceful. like little teardrops falling from the sky.

anyway. been really busy! trying to catch up with homework and stuff. and im going for summer camp! :D hopefully after summer camp and after all the schoolwork is settled i can get back to my regular blogging schedule again. ah, who am i kidding. by that time it will be COMMONTEST alrdy.

today was mixed.
its like the first day of the third term. and all the teachers are already going on about "okay today is term3week1 and for the next ten weeks we have no time to waste blablabla.." gosh.
but its great seeing everyone again. :D
its kind of stressful though. we have so many things to do!
mr fonseka was like saying "term3 is a term for studying"
yeah right? they bombard us with english project, fpsp project and the like. and they tell us you're supposed to study. on top of normal schoolwork and cca stuff. WHERE GOT TIME.
PLUS, im going to be so behind time in my schoolwork. i havent even finished my holiday math homework yet!
i am such a dead pig. chop off my head and hang it on someone's door already.

DADDY'S BACK! for 5 days.
he brought back many souvenirs from BEIJING OLYMPICS 2008. he's a sucker for this kind of thing. but oh well. quite cute. a girl can never have too many notebooks.
particularly a semi-insane one like me.
bought 2 new books. which is a rare treat? because my mom normally doesnt allow me to buy two books at once. i'll probably read one and completely forget about the other.
but its the holidays! im sure i'll have time.
NOT.
im barely halfway into my holiday hw. oh the pain.
ITS OKAY. i shall ward off the pangs of guilt by telling myself its improving my english.
and i listen to chinese radio at the same time. so its like. improving both languages :D anyone who wants to procrastinate and needs a good excuse, i suggest you try the above.

you know in movies and everything, whenever the female lead is sad, she will eat ice-cream and cry and whatever? well, today, i ate icecream at taka and i realised that eating icecream when you are sad isnt a very good thing. because when you eat ice cream, you will feel all cold inside. plus you are sad, which makes it even colder. doesnt that make you feel WORSE? i dont know, maybe its just me, but i dont like being cold. (:
on the other hand, my mom and i went to buy lots of clothes and stuff because right now is the GREATSINGAPORESALE, alot of good buys out and about. and i think shopping made me ( and my mom ) alot happier than ice-cream! because buying pretty clothes makes you feel pretty. and feeling pretty makes you happy :D
i think chocolate is great for sad people too. because you can eat it in both hot or cold weather, and it will release endorphines and make you happy. tastes great too.
